Businesses can build loyalty with managers by treating them with respect and understanding their problems. If the manager of a store feels respected then he is more likely to do a better job and treat the employees and customers with the same respect and understanding.

Committing a crime as a manager isn't extremely hard because people have a lot of trust in you to keep everything running. Therefore you have a lot of access to important information. Some crimes committed by managers are: •Employee Abuse and Discrimination •Tricking Customers • Advancement in your Pay •Sloppy Work •Doing As You Please •Giving Free Handouts •Stealing from the Company
Crimes like these could cost the company a few dollars to even thousands of dollars.
