Curtis's Candy sold Baby Ruth to Standard Brands, but when they dissolved, Nabisco bought them out in 1990, which is now owned by Nestle Food Corp.
Introduced in the early 1920s by Curtiss Candy Company, Baby Ruth was named after President Grover Cleveland's daughter, Ruth. Which her nickname was, Baby Ruth.
