Sorrow
We've all had our sorrows That bitter void That takes hold of our hearts For who is human that hasn't felt its grasp? Its cold wickedly dark grasp Who's trail leaves behind That lingering pain In the depth of our heart It consumes the soul Through its death It consumes the heart Without regret
It binds the soul And seals the heart It damns the mind And consumes the senses For all are human For all have their bane For without sorrow Without remorse How can we exist? In this void That is our world
