X-PPAC is the first political action committee in history to directly target the politics of UFO/ET phenomena. Its primary mission is to end the government embargo of facts confirming the presence of extraterrestrial life forms in our world and to form a partnership between our government and the American public to create policy.
Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee •X-Conferences - conferences held in the Washington, DC area which focus more on exopolitics, less on phenomenology. •Citizen Hearing - Mock congressional hearing whereby former members of the House and Senate listen to and ask questions of witnesses to events and evidence surrounding extraterrestrial phenomena and the government suppression of facts from the public. •Campaign 2008 - Get out the Questions - provide crafted questions from this site and elsewhere to be put to the candidates in the 2008 election. •Disclosure Project - government witness testimony, campaign for open congressional hearings & an end to the embargo on the truth of an extraterrestrial presence. •Washington Post Ad - comprehensive, direct statement to the President & Congress accompanied by signatories of high rank & station (proposed and being updated). •National Petition for Open Congressional Hearings - electronic & paper •UFO State Ballot Initiative - collecting signatures to place wording demanding open Congressional hearings on state election ballots. •Direct Lobbying - of members of Congress & the political media •Evidence Center:- extensive reference library for press & staff (proposed) •Coalition - with environmental & secrecy reform groups (proposed)
A secondary mission is to contribute to the process of reform of the massive secrecy infrastructure built up in the U.S. since the end of World War II. A third mission is the freeing of technology currently sequestered behind the curtain of the National Security Act. This technology could have a major impact in helping to solve the escalating destruction of the global environment and threats to the human condition
