Are you stressed out?
Five Stressors: 1. Health. 2. Friends. 3. Family. 4. Cars. 5. School.
Family: Family can be good and bad. In most cases, they'll always be there. Some people aren't that fortunate. Divorce, death, drugs, marriage, etc. All of those can either make or break a family. Make sure you cherish the special moments with family.
Friends: Friends can have your back in the worst of times. Friends can give you drama that is un-needed. Friends can screw you over and stab you in the back. Make sure you're choosing good people to be around. If not, reconsider.
