Ahhhhhhhhh!”, Allie screeched, as she landed face first into a puddle of gooey mud, painting her fresh clean Dolce and Gabbana silk top, and light wash True Religion jeans a new , grummy, greenish brownish color. *********************** The room was all white and unfamiliar looking, and smelled like some one had just sprayed disinfectant spray over every square inch of the building, when Allie hazily awoke. She immediately bolted upright out of bed when she discovered that she no longer had the ability to breathe, smell, or even feel anything out of her nose. Only to also discover that the only way she could have even ended up there in that hospital is if she had injured her self when she fell into that …….mud puddle. Which is exactly what happened, as soon as her stiletto heel snapped over that rusty sewer pipe, she was out cold, with a mild concussion, a split tibia, and a broken nose, and many various bruises. At first, Allie had no idea what to think, she felt like there was this lingering haze all around her, like she was underwater, she just wished her friends were there to reassure her that everything would be all right, and with that went back into a deep sleep. “Oh, will it really be that long?”, Allie heard her deranged mother ask a nurse with frizzy brown hair pulled back into a bun, and an extra long face. “Yes, I’m afraid so, it will take months for her to completely reconstruct her leg back to it’s original state, she wont be going anywhere for quite a while.”, Allie could not believe a word she was hearing, did this mean she couldn’t go on the trip to Paris they had planned for spring break? She just had to act like she was still asleep so she could hear what they were saying. “We had planned a fabulous vacation to Paris in a week, we can’t just cancel, it took us months to get reservations in Hotel Le 123 Elyse`es, we can’t just cancel all of our plans. That took a lot of hard work to get….”, whined Kendra, Allie’s mom, as if whining to Nurse Adeline would make her daughter’s broken leg whole again. Allie held her breath to keep from moaning. “ I’m sorry Mrs. Brooks, but she can’t be out on some vacation while her leg is like this, not to mention her nose, and who knows how many bruises, maybe if your daughter would have taken the time to read the sign that said ''CAUTION SINK HOLE AHEAD, we wouldn't be haveing this conversation'' said the nurse ''Well....maybe I could find a nice babysitter to stay home with her....'' Kendra ponderd the thought. Allie was enraged with part anger and part hurt '' a baby sitter? the stupid freaking frizzy nurse is trying to blame me for this and all mom wants to do is hire a freaking BABY SITTER!!!??? so the she can go shoping in the FASHION CAPITAL OF THE WORLD and tour the Eifel Tower without me which has been my DREAM since like ever while I stay home with a baby sitter I'm 13 why do I need a baby sitter anyways I could just stay with Catherine or somthing. plus it's the city's fault for leaving out their sewer pipes!!!!!!!'' thought Allie. But things were only starting.
