Clouded Leopard

The Clouded Leopard is native to southeast Asia. They mainly live in trees and prey on arboreal animals(other animals that live in trees). Deforestation and hunting are what have made them and endangered species. Because humans have never been able to study the leopard in its natural habitat, we are not sure what would happen if it became extinct. In the US the clouded leopard is under the Endangered Species Act, but natively, hunting is prohibited but poorly enforced.
