TASKS FOR THE WEEK

Students will be ecpected to work in groups to discover how to survive in a chosen environment. The environments include: the Outback, the Andes, the Amazon Rainforest, the Galopagos Islands, and Nunavut. In these assigned groups the students will keep jounals recoding what type of things they have to do to survive, including knowledge of the area, type of shelter needed, food required/water source, what animals will be encountered, what you would do if you got hurt, and various other survival skills. At the end of the webquest, students will be expected to present what they learned about their survival and include visual aids so that as a class we can decide if you truly survived in your habitat.
