More than a mother By: Mary Keshmiri
A mother will walk the extra mile just to see her children smile. A mother never pokes or pries but stands quietly by your side, giving you the strength you need, encouraging you to succeed. You share a love that knows no end, you're more than my mother, you are my friend.
I chose this poem because it meant a lot to me and I understood this poem and agreed with it. Mothers work and help their children a lot and I think this is a good poem for children to read because then they can understand how much their mothers do for them.
