Washington was fighting on the side of the Americans!!
There are many different significant things about George Washington. Firstly, he was the general of a small force fighting in the French and Indian War. Washington was most known for becoming the first President of the United States of America!
Some of George Washingon's accomplishments were that when he was facing a fight fir imdependence aginst the British, George was elected Comander-of-Chief of the Continental Congress. General Washington's most memerable accomplishmens was when he moved led his troops accross the Delaware River an attacked the unsuspecting Hessian Troops at Trenton in 1776.
