Gloves back in the 1930s were made of all leather and were not that protective.
Sticks back then were made of mostly wood. Few players used composite composite.
Goalies usually didn't wear masks, although some did wear ones like the one above.
Head protecters were also not very useful as you can see by the photo.
Goalie pads were made of the same material used in players gloves.
Pucks were basically the same as they are now.
You cant play ice hockey without skates, ice skate were alot less supportive then they are now. They dont offer as much protection.
Canadian hockey symbol was established by the RCMP.
