I run through a forest of pain and fear, to flee from those I once held dear. I run and run, my footfall echoing. I think to go back, when I am overwhelmed. These shadows, these beasts, they surround me. I try to scream, my voice runs dry, I know i must flee, less I wish to die. My pulse, it races, my head it spins....

God, you're my refuge. I trust in you and I'm safe! That's right—he rescues you from hidden traps, shields you from deadly hazards. His huge outstretched arms protect you— under them you're perfectly safe; his arms fend off all harm. Fear nothing—not wild wolves in the night, Not disease that prowls through the darkness, not disaster that erupts at high noon.
