For as long as I can remember I have seen the shadows. Dark, twisting shapes that bring a chill to my skin. They were there the night of the fire. They're even stronger now at Swords and Cross. Sometimes I think that only a guradian angel could save me. But I never really believed in angels until I met him.

Neither can I! I found it funny that the next book is Torment, and it is tormenting me that it isn't out yet.
