I sit here thinking of the times we had. The love, the happiness. But it's all gone now because of my stupid feeling. The feeling that we weren't going to last. Why did I give in and hurt you yet again? I swore I would never do that again. But yet her I am crying because I hurt you. Can I ever stop hurting the ones that are that close to me? I can't believe I was that stupid to actually go with the feeling. Now I can't feel a damn thing. I'm so numb I can't even feel your presence lingering here....... I wish we could go back to being kids where all we worried about was getting a swing at the playground. When all we wanted was someone to hang with everyday. And all we wanted to eat was cupcakes. Why can't life be as simple as it was back then? The happy couples arond me don't know they're torturing me with their happiness, but yet they are. I try not to cry thinking of everything that happened. Every moment earning my trust and me earning your's. The loving stares, long kisses, never ending hugs. What can I do to get this all back? What can I do to love you again?
