and found relief in a knife
then she closed her eyes

bite the lip just forget the bleeding
left alone to deal with all the pain-drenched sorrow relief
all alone the way she feels
the anger runs down both of her cheeks
mom and dad had no right! she screams
there is only left over tears
theres nothing there
she opens it,
nothing good can come of this
to drive her pain away
heads for the dresser drawer
bad day
