Character VS Character The main Conflict in the story is when the starving rats (the antagonists) attack the light house the three men( the protagonists) are at.

the sharks make sure the three men cannot swim from the rats or leave the island constantly causeing conflict.

The characters live alone on a lighthouse and only see others when the supply tug comes
