A human skull and a number of bones from a skeleton were found yesterday in a shallow grave located at teh edge of your school's athletic field. ''Apparently they were exposed by the the recent heavy rains., ''said Joe Harrow, head of the landscape, who immediately called the police after one of his workers discovered the skull. Upon their arrival the police cordoned off the area to prevent vandalism of the grave. Sgt. Dick T. Racy stated that he did not know the identity of the person whose remains were discovered, nor did he know if the person had died under suspicious circumstances. When asked if he thought the bones could have come from 5'9'' tennis player I.M. gone, the promising young African-American athlete who disappeared last summer, he declined comment. ''We'll have a forensic lab at the bones,'' he said. ''Then we'll know for sure.'' After searching the area to make certain they had recovered all of the bones, the police turned over the remains to your lab for analysis. They have asked that you identify the bones and use them to determine as muchas possible about the person from whose skeleton they came.
