This is a spread sheet. You can use it for making charts and data.
Using a spreadsheet is a good way of storing data and charts acuretly. It lets you see all your work clearly infront of you.
If there is somthing you want to stand out, spreadsheet lets you do this by colouring it. Or if you want something colour coordinated , it also let you use colour.
