a young girl was on a walk with her father they were trying to see how many birds they could find while they were walking they came to a yard with a beautiful flower garden in front the father told the child to go smell the roses that were growing abundantly in the garden the girl refused, she told him that she would on the way back they came to an intersection the father told his daughter to never cross the street alone and held her hand the whole way across when they were back on the sidewalk the father let go of her hand and now wishes he hadn't the girl saw something reflect sunlight in the middle of the road so she ran off to see what it was picked it up and said 'daddy look' he turned around just in time to see a truck ram into her side and carry her away like she was a bag of garbage
smell the flowers while you still can!
