Percy jackson is 12 years old and when he goes to a museum his teacher turns into a monster and he discovers his magical powers and the danger he is in. Percy's mother forces him to go to camp half blood for safety. At camp he is surronded by mystical creatures and learns to fight. Percy is then accused of stealing Zeus's master bolt. Now Percy has to set out on his quest to find Zeus's master bolt and come to terms with his father who left him when he was a baby. Finally must solve the mystery of the Oracle.
