Different Types Of Volcanoes!!
This is an example of a composite volcano, also known as strato volcano. It is form by layers of rocks and lavas. That is why they are called composite volcanoes.Also, they are usually large in size and has a cone-like shape. Here are some of some real examples of composite/strato volcanoes!

Here is another type of volcano. It is called a shield volcano, They are huge in size and they are built from layers of lava flows. The lavas spill out of the central vent and a broad shaped cone is formed. Shield volcanoes can be found near the mid-oceanic ridge.

A cinder cone is a steep hill form above a vent. There are a lot of cinder cones around the world. But they are not famous for having any erruptions. They are built from a group of lavas called cinders.
