SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)
The Coronavirus, the pathogen that causes SARS is round and is covered in protein spikes on it's cell wall.

SARS is an emerging virus, first seen in China in 2003. Symptoms of SARS include high fever, discomfort and body aches.. Most patients also develop pneumonia.
SARS is spread through close contact with a patient. (i.e. touching, sharing food, talking within 3 feet of)
SARS is treated the same way one would treat pneumonia. With antibiotics based upon your individual case.
SARS can be prevented by washing one's hands and by abstaining from close contact with infected individuals.
