What Aesthetic Education Means to Me!
Aesthetic Education to me is about taking notice as well as being an individual and having your own perception to things in multiple different ways; which makes us all have different outlooks to a single thing, or idea. As Aesthetic Education is about viewing various forms of art, we as human can look at art and perceive it in many ways, which can change us or trigger imaginative views or feelings, which sprung about while, or after viewing. As we want to be able to open the windows of minds to view things in different and elaborate ways as we try to make sense of sound, movements, and colors. Viewing art can be over looked in a deeper sense, which can disfigure the art in multiple ways and forms. We want to view art as a way of bring about a new relation into the minds of humans. Art is meant to be viewed in order for the viewer to make connections with it as it relates to themselves or others surrounding them. As Maxine describes art not only as a painting or an exhibit, but rather than a view of everyday life and it’s surroundings. As art surrounds our everyday lives we use it as a tool of understanding the importance of Aesthetic education and how it impacts our lives daily, and can change our perception and beliefs of a particular idea or view which one may have a set outlook upon before viewing.
