He studied & investigated logic, philosophy, ethics, physics, biology, psychology, politics and rhetoric.
Aristotle was born at Stagira in Northern Greece. He spent 20 years studying under Plato at the Academy. He eventually esatblished his own school, named Lyceum, in 335 B.C.
The 3 Types of Friendships: That of Utility A beneficial relationship. A useful acquaintance, and nothing more. That of Pleasure A relationship based on the enjoyment of the others' company That of Good A relationship in which both friends enjoy the other's characters "true friendship"
Aristotle's Works His surviving works represent only a fragment of the whole of his studies The aim of Aristotle's works, known as a whole as the Organon, was to form a universal method of reasoning so people could learn everything there is to know about reality. He made great efforts to explain how moral conduct is beneficial to the good of human life. He forged the links of society, government and every individual’s life in his works. He wrote several pieces on it, including the (Eudemian Ethics), the Magna Moralia, and the (Nicomachean Ethics). There he elaborated on moral deliberation, the 3 types of friendship and ideal life.
