Ferguson has so much energy, and she hardly knows what she is capable of doing. I believe that is where I have the largest influence. I try to inspire Ferguson to keep going. She has the heart of a fighter, but sometimes it needs a little push. We compliment each other like peanut butter and jelly. You can taste each one alone, and for a while, it tastes good, but to enhance the flavor, you need the other. After a while, the peanut butter needs the jelly, and the jelly needs the peanut butter.
Philosophers and Great Thinkers have tried to counter the meaning of life since the beginning of time. However, the answer is simple. It has always been there in front of us. When it is found in the purest form, nothing can tear it apart. Epicurus understood this in the third century BC; he said, “It is not so much our friends’ help that helps us, as the confident knowledge that they will help us.” Epicurus understood the reason that makes life worth living- friends. Jamie Ferguson has been that friend for me for the past 3 years, and countless years to come. Ferguson is ambitious, humble, pious, bold, and reliable. My wish is that everyone will find a friend that can be trusted with their life. Friendship makes living through hardships more bearable and living through the happiest moments more memorable.

Her boldness surmounts anyone I have met. Since then I have seen her accomplish numerous things that I would have been too afraid to start. Her bravery has rubbed off on me. She has inspired me to attempt what seems the impossible. With Ferguson by my side, I feel as though I can step through fire.
Ferguson knows what she wants. I know what I want. What is the difference? Ferguson goes after what she wants. I sit and stare at my dreams, but will not budge. Ferguson’s ambition for the things she desires most in life is a quality unequalled.
