Sailing in the sky, waving, taking time to say goodbye. were brushing off the worst of the rainy days and all the pains. leaving all the shame, behind. shooting for the moon look at what is out there, what we'll do. looking for something way out there, something new in the warm sky, blue stars appear as ocean tears. maria dear the ocean only cries when your gone. a sad song the ocean sings, the stings of sorrow when your not near. maria dear, have no fear i will follow you wherever you go be it home, or the ends of the earth. the stars gave birth to us years ago tears ago. we are just stars sitting up here all alone, waiting for the cold to pass this day. i can wait forever as a star up here watching the clouds go by. dear maria don't you cry for me, when i pass on and die i'll be the star that stays in your heart.
