With stars in my eyes, the night is still young, lets pull out our guns and shoot the sky. and when it falls and we stand tall. theres nothing we can't do. between me and you, the impossible is possible, the improbable, probable, where we are, the problem is no longer intolerable. i wish upon the stars in the one last kiss, that your still out there. waiting for me waiting to be swept up off your feet by the clouds. the drowning silence all around. the ever lasting hunger for your lips. the warmth of your hips when we hold each other close, the ghosts watch as we hold on tight and take off in flight. the dreams i have while you are gone. when i wake up sitting on the city's rooftop longing for another dream looking at the earth and the moon above me, i wonder, no, i long to know. if you still love me.
