Out in the tundra, i walk across the desert of ice, the thin minty texture feels so nice against my warm skin, how can i begin to explain the pain i feel when i am in the sun, the fun i have is not compared to the run i have, to take, a step in the wet air, sends me into twirling dispair, the winter green is where i long to be. low beneath the evergreens, laying in the snow, no worries and no where to go, i love to lay in fluffy snow, flakes under a blanket or two. who are you to decline my offer of laying in the sky. with the winter so bright and the quick dimming light, the sparkle on the ground the chill's going around, this winter mint life is the one i want to live, the high of the cold outside is the hight that i can give when laying in the snow looking at the northerlights, floating like a ghost, the most angelic feeling that has ever occured in my body. floating with the flakes when a new day breaks, in this WinterMint world. - Jamie Everhart
