Being Healthy For Kids
Being healthy is very important for ourselves. If we aren't healthy we could live sick and unhappy life.
Are tired of living unhealthy? This will help you live a strong and healthy life!
Eating When you eat you should have a variety of each food in the different food groups. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. Only have sweets, fat and junkfood once in a while. You should never skip meals, especially not breakfast. Remember drink lots of milk and eat lots of protein so you can grow big and strong

Excercie Eating healthy isn't everything to live strong and healthy you need to excersise. I don't mean running marathons all day but walking around and for a few minutes could really help you. Invite your friends to walk around with you and maybe play some sports. It's way better than eating at McDonalds
If you think not eating will make you skinnier and healthier, then you're WRONG! If you stop eating you could become really sick and become anorexic. If you stop eating you will die.
Although if you eat too much of the wrong things you could become obese. It's alright to eat a good amount of food but you need to remember to excercise.
Believe it or not but laughing can make you healthier. Having a stress free life and relaxing makes you healthier. Also generally people who laugh more tend to be happier than those who don't.
