Salmonella
Salmonella can be found in; ~Raw poultry and eggs ~Unpastuerized milk ~Fish.
To Prevent Cross Contamination- `Do not let juices of meats or fish drip onto other foods. `When in doubt, throw it out!! ~Always wash anything that touches raw meats, eggs, fish, and unpastuerized milk
Diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps form after 12-72 hours after infected with Salmonella.
To eliminate Salmonella or keep from multiplying- ~Cook all raw meats at 160-170 degrees Fahrenheit ~Store all meats, fish, and unpastuerized foods in the refigerator
