When I see you, My heart lights up and my spirit's rise, And I feel the joy inside. Cause when I see you I know that there is no need now to be afraid, All my fears and bad thoughts are quick to fade. And when I'm with you I feel relaxed and happy, and safe in your arms, And I soon get lost in your lovable charm. And because of you I soon forget about the hurt in the past, And I wish that this joy would stay forever and last. . . But it's all the same. . .
And when you go That familiar pain will appear and dwell, Slowly feeding off me, causing chaos and hell. And I know you'll go Cause love's a vicious circle, and there's no way I can stop it, no matter how hard I pray. And when you walk away The heartache will rear once again its ugly head And in my soul itself it will soon embed And when you've gone I will, once again, lose all hope, Untill another comes . . .
