Definately wear makeup. :) You have beautiful eyes... they remind me of mine (you would know what I mean if you saw them ;)) But seriously, they are gorgeous. You don't have to, they're pretty enough, but makeup would make them pop. I would try browns and tans, very natural. Browns make blue pop.
