The solution? Finding carefully selected and clearly defined Tier 2 interventions to ensure that the Media Specialists do not commit too much of their time. A menu, or a list of services, would clearly list what the Media Specialists could do in each subject area and set a standard for the profession.
Action Plan
Check out some sample menu items! These workshops will be facilitated by the media specialist. They can accommodate a variety of group sizes depending on need. These are good for learners who struggle in specific areas.
