Enchilada Sauce
2. Gradually stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt.
1 teaspoon of Salt
1. Saute' the onion in oil until it is soft and yellow. Add tomato puree and garlic
3. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
1/2 of ground cumin
3 1/2 cups of tomato puree
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
To get the sauce you can either buy it or make your own with these materials
4 tablespoons of chili powder
How to make the sauce
1/4 teaspoon of Oregano
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
A medium sized onion, finely chopped
