~RESPONSIBILITIES~ - Must pay attention to health and safety training. - Must follow health and safety procedures. - Must ask questions if information is unclear. - Must use machinery and equipment properley. -Must report any perceived hazards on the job.
~RIGHTS~ - A safe working environment. - Proper health and safety information, instruction and training. - Supervision to make sure job is done safely. - Rights to refuse to do work that may endanger a workers safety or put workers health at risk. - Rights to participate in workplace health and safety committees and activities.
