I swing 3 times and then I swing my legs onto the bars and jump off it.
What safety practices do you need to consider when performing this task?
You need to have a soft mat next to you so you can jump off and not hurt yourself. And a soft mat under you in case you fall.
My arms – they hold my up on the bars and I have to keep them straight My core – I have to keep it tight so I can keep my body straight and it helps me swing my legs My legs – I have to keep them straight, and I have to swing with them and they help me get over the bars.
What body parts are used to perform this task?
Strength is probably the key component because you have to keep yourself up with only your arms.
