It must be a dove or young pigeon. It is first brought to the altar and then it's head is taken off and burnt on the altar. The blood is then drained out on the side of the altar. Then the crop is removed with its contents and throw it to the east side of the altar, where the ashes are. The bird is then torn open by the wings, not severing it completely, and then is burned on the fire on the altar.
