-Choose Event Fundraiser -Ask Mrs.Wood, check for availability on calander. - Purpose idea to fundraising cordinator
Organize Event -location - how money will be collected -time ie. change/bills./cheque -duration -decide wather donation or -event volunteers or set price Make General Plan -core members & ask volunteers
Target Audience - Who would participate -Why they would participate -Needs and wants
Meeting With Volunteers/Club -explain fundraiser -appoint head condinator of fundraiser -appoint all other volunteers with jobs
Advertise -Posters(affective, big + bright) -Announcements- loud and clear
Projected Income Statement( A guess/approximate) Revenue -Expenses =Net income
