Employer Rights a right to expect workers to take cake their health and safety training. a right to expect workers to study and practice their training and follow the safety rules. a right to expect workers to report their problems and hazards in their workplace. a right to expect workers to wear appropriate costume that can protect them. a right to expect workers to tell their sickness or conditions before having a severe problem.
Employer Responsibities Must train all the new workers for general and specific tasks and safety. Must show an orientation about specific health and safety at first time and also once a while. Must inform and notice workers to any hazards in the workplace and give information on how to minimize the accidents. Must remind workers about a well-maintained and properly functioning personal protective equipment for all workers.
