Cathode Ray Tube

The cathode ray tube is a vacuum tube containing an electron gun and a fluorescent screen, with internal or external means to accelerate and deflect the electron beam, used to form images in the form of light emitted from the fluorescent screen.

Cathode ray tubes are hardly ever used at all anymore

Since these tvs aren't used very commonly anymore, an advantage is how cheap you can get them!

Prices can range anywhere from between $300.00 and $1600.00 depending on the size and brand
