The Coming of Evil
Zeus creates Pandora because he is angery at Prometheus for giving man so many gifts and privillages. He uses Pandora to bring evil to earth. Gives her to Epithemeus to be his wife as a gift.
Pandora is given gifts from most of the gods so she is somewhat perfect. She is given a box from Zeus and told not to open it. She and Epithemeus live a happy life.
Pandora lets curiosity get the best of her and opens the box. Once she opens the box all of the misfortunes of the world are let out. She manages to close the box in time to leave one thing in it, hope. Hope is said to be the only thing that can save us.
