Rosalind Frakenlind is known for her images of xray diffraction. She was the first to discover the double helix and she had some of the clearest images of her time. Other scientists saw her xrays and they figured out the basic structure of DNA also, because of this she was not given credit for her work.

I believe Rosalind Franklind was important to science history because she discovered something that many other scientists missed or just could not solve. She was over looked and not given credit for her work. She took some of the best pictures of DNA and played a huge role in the discovery of the formation of DNA. Without her, scientists would have had a much harder time discovering the double helix.
