Pretend
Don't know why I'm sitting in the middle You've got my mind Racing like a tornado Sooner or later I'm gonna fall And you won't be there At all You lifted me up But you left me there To fly on my own Now you're singing Rain drops on my heart While I'm spinning Around in circles Because you've got My vision blurry And I can't tell which way Is up or down I can't pretend I don't love you I am weak at the knees And when you hug me I have to hold my breath And count to three Your eyes are like The ocean in the middle Of a hurrican Dark and mysterious You can make any girl Fall at your feet You take life by the wheel And you drive in the fast lane People want to be you They are dying to be around you Guys despise you While girls fight for you You just shrug it off Because you have me And you know I'm not going anywhere Your mind is Like a sunset Beautiful in many ways You make my Heart jump When you smile I can tell you love me By the way you hold me And now I don't have to pretend Because you love me And you still Make me weak at the knees And I don't have to hold My breath and count To three.
