We should have some fat per day
We Should have 2-4 serving of fruit per day

We should have 2-3 servigs of dairy products per day
We should have 3-5 servings of Vegetable
We should have a certian amount of each of the food types in the table above

We should not have an excess of one thing other wise we might have different diseases caused by lack of different food groups
