GRAINS - Whole Wheat Bread, Pita, Bagel, Pasta, Whole wheat Tortilla, Brown Rice, Roti and many others. FRUIT AND VEGETABLES - Orange, Strawberries, Watermelon, Banana, Apple, Snow Peas, Carrots, Celery Sticks and others.

EACH DAY, YOU SHOULD -60 minutes of Areobic Activity (running or brisk walking) -60 or more minutes. Muscle strengthening activities. (gymnastics or push-ups) - 60 or more minutes. Bone strengthening activities. (jumping rope or running) - HAVE FUN!
