My sister's Wedding
When my sister was a sophomore at Virginia Tech she met Rusty Richards. He was majoring in computer engineering and was going for his masters, so when Deborah graduated after her senior year Rusty would graduate with his masters. Right when I met Rusty I knew he was special. He and Deborah were perfect for each other and I realized this right when i met him. Well of course, they fell in love. On my sister's 21st birthday, when we were opening presents, he came inside from hiding in the garage and asked for her hand in marriage. She said, ''Yes!'' and i began to cry instently out of joy. They got married after they both graduated on October 20, 2007.
In the wedding, I was the maid of honor, my little sister was the flower girl, and our cousins and Rusty's sister were the other bride's maids. The wedding was held at Saint Nicholas and was a gorgeous ceremony. The one downfall of it all was the fact that Deborah and Rusty would have to live in Detroit, Michigan because Rusty's job for General Motors was stationed there. Mine and Deborah's relationship has grown since she moved so far away, but we all want them to move back soon. While in Michigan Deborah and Rusty decided that they would ''look'' at dogs at the shelter one day. Of crouse, after ''looking'' they adpoted Frank Beamer the puggle. Frank is the most lovable dog, and has the best facial expressions. Even though they live in Michigan, our relationships are unbreakable and having them visit, or visiting them, is the best thing in the world. ps. Deborah and I always listen to Christmas music Starting November 1st every year. We call each other up on that day and play ''It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas'' to each other. It's my favorite tradition.
