A Child Called It is a book by Dave Pelzer. This is a great book it is about how this little boy is abused by his mother. This book goes into great detail and it is all based on true events. This little boy named David was abused my his mother but none of his other siblings were. David would not be alouded to eat or be apart of the family and it was a very sad thing. Davids mother would send him to school without food as well and it was very messed up. After years of taking on the abuse David finally got rescued and is still here to tell his tale.
i would recomend anyone to read this book. the only thing about this book is that it is very sad i will tell you that i cried and i think no child should be treated like that. but the book as a book is good and if you want to know about david this book is a great way to get to know his life.
