Living together
Zebra :
Zebras are black and white for camerflage and have adapted to there invouriment by doing so, this is innate,
There main diet is grass.
They are in a group because when a predator is chacing the Zebra, they are in groups to protect each other, also when they are in groups the lion cant pick out an individual for a kill.
Also, when in groups there defence is a powerful kick with its hind legs and can protect each other by doing so.
Lions :
Lions are top predators and when Lions are in a proup they can catch there prey by sourounding it, this is a learnt behaviour and when catching there prey in groups it increases there chances of catching there prey.
Flamingos
Zebras use groups to defend them them selves and Lions use groups to attack there pray.
Comparing :
Flamingos hunt and get hunted in groups
When hunting, they fly in groups and can travel miles. When they sence danger they fly at the animals in groups and this is a social behaviour.
Flamingos fly at there predator to protect them selves they do this in groups and Zebras protect them selves in groups by using there hind legs to kick the predator.
