Nutrients include proteins , carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals,. Some vitamins you need are vitamin A , thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin C, vitamin D, and lastly Vitamin E. SOme Minerals you need are Calcium, phosphorus, iron, and lastly water.
Foods with these NUTRIENTS PROTEIN-meat, poultry, fish, eggs and peanut butter. CARBOHYDRATES-honey, jam, pasta, and beans. FATS- cream, butter, bacon,, and salad oils. VITAMIN A- egg yolks, whole milk, and cheedar cheese. THIAMIN- pork, dried beans , and yeast. RIBOFLAVIN-yogurt, liver, enriched breads and cereals. NIACIN-meat, peanut butter, and dried peas.
