1950s Automobiles to the Automobiles in 2009
Automobiles back in the 1950s were cheap but the people didnt care, all they cared about was if their car would get them from one place to another. They really didnt care about what the car look like they just wanted the car to run thats it. Now in the 21st century all people want is for their car to look the best and go the fastest. Automobiles today cost us tons of money that most citizens do not have and that is the problem because many people cant afford for us to be paying for these very expensive cars.
The Austin A40 Sport was made in 1952. The A40 1200cc engine used in this car was different from the standard car by the addition of twin carburettors and giving the car 46 horse power. This car cost around $1,495.
This is a Pontiac Firebird from the year 1969, This may be an old car but many people on the roads now a days have these same cars but they also might be a little different. This car cost around $16,995.
